No Return Policy

At velarè, we are committed to providing high-quality apparel. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect selections. However, exceptions are made in the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service orders@velarè.com within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 3 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent.

Late or Missing Order Policy

At velarè, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and reliably. To help us achieve this and ensure a smooth delivery process, please read and adhere to the following guidelines regarding late or missing orders:

    • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

    • A current, valid contact number is required for all orders.

  • Delivery in Rural Areas

    • If you reside in a rural area where our standard delivery service may not operate efficiently, you are required to provide an alternative address, such as a nearby city or town, where delivery is available.

  • Responsibility for Updates

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all shipping details and contact information before finalizing an order.
